Today's Meeting

It looks like we're back on the PCD3 project again!  The plan is to make a metal frame, wrap it in plastic sheeting (lexan) to form a cylinder and mount the halved dome on the top.  Shopping should take place this weekend and we will be able to make some progress at our next meeting.  Welcome (and much planning credit) to our newest member Nathan!

Installed New Speed Controllers

Today we installed new speed controllers in Bear since they were burned out and got him driving again.  We had to spend some time troubleshooting but we figured out how to override the "stop" button control again.  We also had some new members attend so we did an overview of the systems of both Bear and PCD3.

It's our tri-lambda drive platform with the iAMdriver system that interfaces with the iphone/pad successfully.  This was our first trial run!
